About Us

Karian Apartments Tenerife is a family run, family orientated property management company located in Los Cristianos , Tenerife. We started in 2016 when asked by an estate agent to look after some apartments for new buyers in Tenerife. From word of mouth we quickly grew and Karian Apartments Tenerife was born. We are a thriving, fully legal company with over 100  apartments and villas located in the south of Tenerife from La Tejita ( near El Medano ) to Los Gigantes. Most of our apartments are in Los Cristianos, Las Americas and Costa Adeje. To ensure a personal touch we now have an office in Los Cristianos and employ staff to help out where help is needed to ensure you have an enjoyable stay on our wonderful holiday island.
